On November 27, 2006, the City Council approved a re-landscaping plan for I-lien Ngo and Nguyet <br /> Kyat 3433 Lake Johanna Blvd subject to 12 conditions. Condition 11 rcquired the applicants to sign <br /> a development agrecment to ensure that the landscaping plan is implemcnted as approved; <br /> 11. The City Attorney shall preparc a development agreement that shall be subject to City <br /> Council approval. The development agreement shall be signed by the propcrty owners. <br /> 'The site and landscaping development agreement includes the applicable conditions from the site <br /> plan approval, and the agreement requires City Council approval. The applicants also need the <br /> agreement in ordcr to obtain the financial surety from their bank as required in condition 3.
