<br /> Commercial General Liability Insurance . <br /> $ 1,000,000 per occurrence <br /> $ 2,000,000 general aggregate <br /> All policies shall be written on an occurrence basis using ISO foml CG 00 0] 07 98 <br /> or its equivalent. <br /> Ramsey County, the HRA, their officials, employees, and agents, shall be added to <br /> the policy as additional insured on a primary basis with respect to the operations of <br /> GRANTEE, using ISO endorsement foml CG 20 10 1001 or its equivalent. <br /> c. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver by Ramsey County, thc HRA, or <br /> the GRANTEE of any statutory or common law immunities, limits, or exceptions on <br /> liability. <br /> 8. Non-Assignability <br /> GRANTEE shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfcr any <br /> interest in the same, whether by subcontract, assignment or novation, without the prior <br /> written consent of the HRA. <br /> 9. Equal Employment Opportunity . <br /> GRANTEE agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, resolutions, <br /> ordinances, niles, regulations and executive orders pertaining to unlawful discrimination <br /> on account of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with <br /> regard to public assistance, sexual preference, disability, or age. <br /> 10. Prevailing Wage <br /> All Contractors and subcontractors shall conform to the labor laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota, and all other laws, ordinances, and legal requirements affecting the work in <br /> Ramsey County and Minnesota. The minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each <br /> classification of work shall he the union wage rate in the locality of the projcct for those <br /> classifications over which the unions have jurisdiction and the local prevailing rate for <br /> thosc classifications of work in the localities over which the unions do not have <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 11. Workplace Violence Prevention <br /> GRANTEE shall make all reasonahle efforts to ensure that its employees, officials and <br /> subcontractors do not engage in violence while performing undcr this Agreement. <br /> Violence, as defined by the Ramsey County Workplace Violence Prevention and <br /> Respectful Workplace Policy. is defined as words and actions that hurt or attempt to . <br /> threaten or hurt people; it is any action involving the use of physical force, harassment, <br /> ..., <br /> ..) <br />
