Jeff also <br /> has urban design experience as a researcher and project manager with <br /> the Design Cenler for American UrbMl l.andscape at the Uni\'ersity of <br /> Minnesota, most notably with the Northwest Corridor (County Highway <br /> 81) in Hennepin County.
