Nine <br />to twelve pitch on hip roof with a<;phalt shingles to match existing home. Finish exterior <br />to match existing home. Replace existing driveway with concrete. <br />Project meets Arden Hills tive toot property line set back. <br />In order to build a garage in the back yard, part of the retaining wall would have to come <br />down and a great amount of excavating would have to be done. The new garage would <br />then block the water drainage which would certainly cause problems in the remaining . <br />back yard area. <br />Please grant this request tor a variance so we can move forward before the weather gets <br />too nasty to build. <br />ll1ank You, <br />Mer!
