(HKGi) has been contracted by CRR to conduct the Master <br /> Planning process for the redevelopment ofTCAAP. HKGi will be attending the work session on <br /> Monday night to provide council with an overview ofthe Master Planning Process and timeline, <br /> for the TCAAP redevelopment project. HKGi has expressed an interest in alTanging a tour for <br />. the Council and Planning Commission to visit other mixed-use developments in and around the <br /> metro area. I've attached some infomlation regarding HKGi for your review. <br /> Additionally, staff will be providing an update regarding the environmcntal process and transfer <br /> process for the TCAAP propcrty. Meetings with the Army, GSA, regulators and City/CRR are <br /> scheduled for November 7 and 8. I've attach cd a preliminary agenda for your reference. <br /> Staff has been working with Steve Bubul of Kennedy & Graven and CRR on the Preliminary <br /> Development Agreement and will provide Council with a status update. <br /> CLOSED SESSION <br /> The General Services Administration has requested an extension of the OlTer to Purchasc. <br />. <br />
