Pro,jeet Status The contractor is complete with all major work: they will now Jl.lCUS on restoration and other finishing items. The concrete curb and gutter is constructed, as well as concrete aprons and concrete driveways. Bituminous drive\vays are in the process of being completed; the base course of pavement throughout the project has been placed. The rain gardens have been dug out and are being backfilled \vith appropriate material. and then will be graded out and mulched. The Contractor continut.'s to work on restoration ofboulcvards throughout the project. Once they are done. the turf establishment Contractor wi II come in to complete all tine grading and place sod. The three main retaining walls are complete but there are some srnaller landscape type walls that still need to be built. In the next few weeks we will be coordinating the installation of all shruhs, trecs, and grasses throughout the neighhorhood and within the pond and wetland adjacent to Lake Johanna Boulevard. We will shortly begin prcparing a punch list of tinal work to he done in order to bring the project to completion. . Recommendation lJRS recommends the Council approve Pay Estirnate #4 t()r Amt Construction Company, Inc. of Hugo, \1N in the amount ofS392.66J .84.
