'fhis program includes inspecting elm and oak trees f(Jr disease disruption, root f,'TaHs, and the <br />removal and proper disposal of diseased trees and wood. According to the City Tree Inspector, an <br />incident of Dutch Flm Disease was f\.)und on YOllr property. <br />.The removal nfthe diseascd or dying trects) is the rcspollsihility nfthc propcrty OWIlCr. The affected <br />trees are marked with a red paint stripe. The propCI1y owner has ten days to remove the tree(s) before <br />the City Tree Inspector will re-inspect the properly. The entire tree should be removed fi.om the <br />property. Any remaining wood must bc deharked. IT the tree(s) is not removed within this timefi-ame, <br />the City may authori/e its contractor to stal1 the removal process.
