Council defmed the Mission/Purpose of this committee and <br />"listed spe'cific outComes. Specific objectives are to be made by the committee itself to achieve <br />the expected outcomes listed by the City Council. Membership and Council Staff liaison <br />appointments were also discussed. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Changes have been made to the document base on Council direction. Staff requests Council <br />approval so the recruitment process can begin for this committee. <br />
