<br />6. The developer shall file the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Recorder and provide the <br />City with a recorded copy within sixty days of approval. <br />7. The property owner shall not restrict the City's access to the drainage and utility easement <br />area. The City shall not be responsible for the cost of replacing, removing or repairing <br />any damage to any fences or structures in the drainage and utility easement area. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1. Approve the proposal as submitted. <br />2. Approve the proposal with conditions. <br />3. Deny the application with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, "... it <br />must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denies the request." <br />4.
