<br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Since vacating the specified portion of the easement will have no impact on the City's use of the <br />easement, staff recommends approving a partial vacation of the utility easement for Arden Hills <br />Lift Station #12 at 3685 New Brighton Road as proposed in Planning Case 07-001. <br /> <br />Ootions <br /> <br />L Approve the proposal as submitted. <br />2.
