Regional Park elements of this plan are financed with State <br />appropriations through the IDttery in lieu of a sales tax portiDn of the Regional Park <br />Operations and Maintenance Program. Ramsey County manages these funds in a <br />Regional Park and Trail Rehabilitation Account. <br /> <br />Park Fees <br /> <br />By Ramsey County policy, there are no user fees for general use of the park and <br />facilities. There is a fee for rental Dfthe picnic shelter and pavilion, Food and <br />beverage items are available from vending machines located in the beach building. <br />Revenues from these activities help fund park operations. <br />
