Paul, N,A. shall be the official depository for all <br /> funds of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 2007; and, <br /> BE IT Ii'URTHER RESOL YED, that the City Treasurer shall from time to time, ascertain <br /> that adequate security as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is fumished by such <br /> dcpository to protect the City's deposited funds against Cinancialloss; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on U.S. Bank S1. <br /> Paul, N. A., hcreinafter called the Bank, shall be signcd by three of thc following officers: <br /> Stanley D. Harpstead, Mayor; David Grant, Mayor P."O Tern; <br /> Michelle A.
