Paul. N. A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills may be deposited, and a cOIvoratc resolution with respect thereto is presently in efkct authorizing the <br />deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> 'VHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said cOllJoratc resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that anyone of the following persons: Michelle A. 'Volfe, City Administrator; Susanlversoll, <br />Finance Director/Treasurer; Stanley D. Harpstead, l\'layor, is authorized, on behalf of this corporation, to <br />give instructions by telephone to the O,S. BANK ST PAUL. N, A., to transfer funds on deposit \vith the bank: <br /> a, to other accounts of this corporation with the bank or <br /> b, to other accounts o[this corporation with other banks. <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on sueh telephonic instructions received by it from anyone who <br /> represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the <br /> voice of such person, <br />3, The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and to insist <br /> upon written instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph I of this resolution, <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0 <br />29th I>A Y OF JANUARY, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />
