The PUD included an approval for 778 square feet of signage (678 square feet for wall <br />signage and 100 square feet for a monument sign). The signage approved in the PUD has been <br />installed. <br /> <br />The applicant is now requesting an additional forty (40) square feet of signage for the new "Now <br />Express Medical Clinic" that is located inside of the store. The proposed sign would be located <br />near the upper right hand corner of the front of the building. The additional signage requires an <br />amendment to the Planned Unit Development permit for the property.
