While the overall bid was lower than the engineer's estimate and the unit prices <br />for utility work were lower than estimated, the unit prices for street improvements were slightly <br />higher. Staff is currently working on calculating the assessment rates based on contract prices <br />and will bring that to the City Council at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />Approval of Resolution 07-40: Awarding the 2007 Pavement Management Program. <br />
