<br />Attached is the contract for the AUAR between the City and SRF. City Attorney Jerry Filla has <br />reviewed the contract and finds it acceptable. (Attachment B) <br /> <br />The Preliminary Development Agreement (PDA) between the City and RRLD, LLC provides for <br />funding of this contract in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
