The terms of this agreement provide for the reimbursement of costs <br />associated with Mr. Comodeca's services relating to the TCAAP project, with a budgeted <br />amonnt of$150,000. (Attachment A) <br /> <br />I have attached the original letter of engagement, dated June 3, 2003, for Mr. Comodeca's <br />services, and a letter dated April 3, 2007 stating Mr. Comodeca's current billing rate of $300 per <br />hour.
