He indicated there was <br />something to be said for a regular update, but the Offer to Purchase being <br />approved and signed was a major milestone and he believed it was important to <br />thank them for their assistance with this. Mayor Harpsted suggested a monthly <br />letter to the Congressional Delegation in addition to the items approved by <br />Council resolution. The rest ofthe Council agreed to this approach. <br /> <br />K. Conncilmember Holden stated people needed to call in to the City when they see <br />a pothole in the road. She indicated some of the streets might benefit from a seal <br />coat and requested the City Engineer look at this possibility. Mr. Hoag stated <br />both the City Engineer and him were out last week looking at this possibility. <br /> <br />L. Councilmember Holden stated her neighbor, 12 year old Emma Snyder, was <br />doing a piano recital at Hyland Middle School on April 12.
