~ ~~HILLS MEMORANDUM DATE: April 23, 2007 AGENDA ITEM 2A TO: Mayor and City Council FROM: Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator SUBJECT: April 23 Work Session: TCAAP Document Chart Staff has been working for some time on a chart summarizing various TCAAP documents. Originally it was envisioned as illustrating documents relative to the land transfer. However, as work progressed we've continued to add documents that will arise as part of the redevelopment proj ect. At this time, I believe we have a draft ready for you that will be helpful in describing the documents relating to the transfer process, with a start on the documents that will be necessary in the redevelopment process. The primary of this document are: I. A basic education relating to the various documents, which is helpful for stakeholders involved in the TCAAP project; 2. A resource that can be used as a reference during future TCAAP discussions; 3. A foundation for the upcoming MDA discussions; 4. A tool for generating questions and further discussion regarding the overall TCAAP land transfer and redevelopment process. This is a work in progress. As we progress with the redevelopment project, we will add additional documents, as well as further description of the documents already listed (as needed.) We will also update sections such as "term" and "status". In addition, we will make changes and clarifications at the request of Council, in order to make sure the list is clear and concise.
