With proper conditions, screening and maintenance, it is unlikely that the RV will <br />significantly impact the overall character of the neighborhood; be incompatible with <br />adjacent land uses and structures; or will negatively impact adjoining land values. <br />19. The park dedication fee does not apply. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />RV Length Zoning Code Interpretation: <br />1. Approve the interpretation as recommended by the Planning Commission <br />2. Approve the interpretation submitted by the applicant. <br />3. Table the interpretation for additional information. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit Application: <br />1. Approve the CUP as submitted. <br />2. Approve the CUP with conditions. <br />3. Deny the CUP based on the findings of fact proposed by the Planning Commission. <br />4. Table the CUP for additional information. <br /> <br />A motion to approve the CUP would require a different interpretation of the Zoning Code than <br />what is being recommended by the Planning Commission. lfthe Zoning Code interpretation <br />decision is tabled, the CUP application should also be tabled. <br /> <br />Finally, if the CUP is denied, the applicant will not be able to apply for another similar CUP for <br />six months (1355.05 Subd. 4 of the Zoning Code).
