Tenant shall have Sole responsibil:i.:ty for the <br />maintenance, repair, and security of its equipment, <br />personal property, Antenna Faoilities., and leasehold <br />improvements, and shall keep the same ;in good repair_ <br />and condition during the Lease term. <br /> <br />7. Interference. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Tenant-'s installation, opera-l::l,on, and maintenance of <br />its Antenna :Faciliti.ea and l!qui.pmen-l: Building shall <br />not damage 0>:' interfere in any way wi -l:h ~ Landlord's <br />Wa-l:er TOwer operati.ons or related repair and <br />msdntenance activities. In <br />the event -l:hat any other party requests permissi.on to <br />install or place any type of additional. antenna or <br />. t>:>anslldss:/.on facili-!:y on the Property, _ the Landlord <br />Shall. sublldt the propoeal to Tenant for review_ Tenant: <br />..shall have thirty (30) days following receipt. of such_ <br />propOSal to make any objecti.ons thereto, end failure to <br />make any objection W1.thin said tMrty (30) day periOd <br />Shall be deemed consent by Tenant, -l:o the installati.on <br />ot antenna or transmission facilities pursuant to said <br />proposal. If Tenant objects within the required time <br />limit.
