However, if the amendment is not approved, Cingular <br />Wireless could withdraw from the contract in April 2009, which is the end of the fourth five year <br />term. At this time, Staff is not aware of interest from any other wireless company that may want <br />to rent the vacated space should Cingular Wireless withdraw from the contract; however, that has <br />not been fully explored.
