Means the west 190 feet of ~e north 150 <br />feet of the south 2162 feet of the East One-haLf of <br />~e Southeast One-quarter of Seotion 22, Township 30, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to a public <br />roed_ <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Water Tower.
