<br />Words in italics are new potential language or provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />Definitions: <br />Recreational vehicles (RVs). Vehicles for recreational use that can be driven, towed or hauled. <br />These vehicles may be designed to be temporary living space for camping/travel use. RVs shall <br />include: <br /> <br />-travel trailers <br />-camping trailers <br />-truck campers <br />-self-propelled motor homes <br /> <br />boats and watercraft <br />up to 4 snowmobiles on a trailer <br />all terrain vehicles (ATV's) <br /> <br />Special Purpose Trailer (SPT). Special purpose trailers include utility trailers and trailers used <br />to transport boats, snowmobiles, ATVs, or other types of materials. <br /> <br />1325.10 Recreational Vehicles and Special Purpose Trailers (RVs/SPTs). <br /> <br />Subd.l General Regulations for RVs/SPTs in All Districts. The following <br />provisions shall apply to all RVs and SPTs in all zoning districts: <br /> <br />A. Storage in an Enclosed Structure. RVs/SPTs of any height or length <br />may be kept within an enclosed structure provided the structure conforms <br />to the zoning requirements of the underlying district. <br /> <br />1:4 <br />J <br />Q <br /> <br />B. Attachment to Ground Not Permitted. RVs/SPTs shall be mobile and <br />shall not be permanently affixed to the ground in a manner that would <br />prevent removal. <br /> <br />C. Use of RV/SPT. In all districts, no RV/SPT shall be used for <br />temporary or permanent living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes while <br />stored in the City. <br /> <br />D. RV/SPT Condition While Stored. All RVs/SPTs shall be stored or <br />parked in a secure, safe, orderly, and well-maintained condition that does <br />not inhibit emergency vehicle access to any property. All RVs/SPTs shall <br />be licensed and operable at all times. <br /> <br />E. Storage Surface (NEEDED?) RVs/SPTs shall only be stored on <br />improved surfaces, which shall count toward the overall impervious <br />coverage of a lot and shall not cause the lot to exceed the impervious <br />coverage limits of the underlying zone. The improved surface may be <br />concrete, pavers, pavement. <br />
