<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street <br />hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills that the roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of MSAS 105, Red Fox Road and TH 51 Frontage Road- Dunlap Street North to TH 51 <br />Entrance (0.47 existing miles) <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the <br />approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESO L VED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A <br />THIS 30th DAY OF APRIL, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />1STRA TOR <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly passed, adopted <br />and approved by the City Council of said City on April 30th, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />;1f~(JY~ <br /> <br />Michelle Wolfe, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
