<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EST ABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills that the streets <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills that the roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beckman A venue, New Brighton Road to Lake Johanna Boulevard (0.18 existing miles) <br />Valentine Avenue, Lake Valentine Road to Old Highway 10 (0.23 existing miles) <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said <br />road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal <br />State Aid Street of the City of Arden Hills, to be numbered and known as Municipal State <br />Aid Street 114 (Beckman Avenue) and Municipal State Aid Street 115 (Valentine Avenue). <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A <br />THIS 30th DAY OF APRIL, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~J1.
