Mr. Bill Henry,

It is with a sad heart that I am notifYing you today (5/8/2007) that I will
not be able to serve as a committee member on the Arden Hills, Parks,
Trails, and Recreation Committee.
Just today the President of our company in Wisconsin notified me that
because of recent company changes, I will now be required to work at our
Crandon, Wisconsin office every week from now on.
This notification came as quite a shock to me, and I was not aware that
there were these changes being planned.
I was hoping that my schedule of working from Arden Hills every-other-week
would allow me to serve on the PTRC committee.
I am letting you know the same day that I was informed of this change in
hopes that you may be able to fill the committee membership vacancy as soon
as possible.
I'm sorry that I wasn't able to work with you at all and took up your
valuable time in considering my membership.
I was looking forward to serving on the committee very much and working with
you and the other committee members.
Please express my appreciation to the committee and the Arden Hills city
council for offering me the opportunity to serve.
I would appreciate it very much if you would alert the appropriate people of
my change of work schedule and my inability to serve on the PTRC committee.
I am sorry that this PTRC opportunity did not work out for me.
If there are things with which you think that I might be able to be of help
to the committee, I would be open to that option, but I am no longer able to
meet with the committee on an on-going basis.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

Respectfully submitted,

Joe Nosek
