The City has been werking <br />with the developer (RRLD) to identify funding options for this and ether anticipated projects. <br /> <br />MOTION: Ceuncilmember Holden moved and Councihnember McClung seconded a <br />motion te approve the First Amendment to the Preliminary Development <br />1\greement between the City of Arden Hills and RRLD, LLC. The motien <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councihnember Heiden moved and Ceuncilmember Grant seconded a <br />metion te approve Resolution No. 07-51 Relating te Financing of Project; <br />Establishing Intent with Respect to Reimbursement. The metion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Ms. Barton and Ms. Wolfe updated en the Council en recent TC1\1\P developments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the residential information from the recent Open House. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REOUESTS <br /> <br />A. Councilmember Grant stated it was a good idea ef putting an agenda on the screen fer <br />the residents watching them on Cable TV.
