As approved by the City Council, a portion of the project costs are <br />funded through special assessments. <br /> <br />For your information and review, please find enclosed your Notice of Assessment Amount and a <br />copy of the Notice of Assessment Hearing. The City of Arden Hills assesses on a per-lot unit basis, <br />with a lot unit being defined as a single family residential lot that cannot be further subdivided <br />according to City Code. A copy of the Arden Hills Assessment Policy may be obtained for review <br />at City Hall or on the City's website: www.ci.arden-hills.mn.us/pmp.
