<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 29,2007 <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM 7.F. <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution No. 07-59 Relating to Financing of Highway 96/10 <br />Interchange Project; Establishing Intent with Respect to Reimbursement <br /> <br />On the May 29 City Council agenda, the City Council is asked to take several actions relating to <br />the proposed Highway 10 and 96 improvement project. If the Council approves a preferred <br />concept plan for the site, then two additional items are requested of Council. <br /> <br />The first is to approve a Second Amendment to the Preliminary Development Agreement (PDA) <br />with RRLD, which is Agenda Item 7.E. <br /> <br />The second requested action by Council is to approve Resolution No. 07-59. This resolution is <br />proposed in order to establish the Highway 10/96 pre-design funds as eligible for reimbursement <br />should other funds be secured for the project. This resolution refers back to the Second <br />Amendment of the PDA.
