A second <br />planning case was delayed to the June 11,2007, meeting at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />Plannine: Case 07-011: Site Plan Review; Rob & Jennifer Scott; 4518 Pleasant Drive <br /> <br />This Planning Case was approved on the City Council's consent agenda with the reconnnended <br />conditions from the Planning Connnission. <br /> <br />Plannine: Case 07-01: Variance: Barbara Muller; 1486 Arden Oaks Drive <br /> <br />This variance request was delayed to the June 11,2007, meeting by the applicant. <br /> <br />Plannine: Case 06-037: Northwestern Collee:e Master Plan Uudate <br /> <br />The City Council's review of the Northwestern College Master Plan update has been tentatively <br />set for July 30,2007. The College has a completed an EA W for the property, which is currently <br />open for public review.
