<br />Received <br /> <br />1,,'/\'1 <br />1;ii-\1 <br /> <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />You are NOT authorized to begin work on your project <br /> <br />NOTICE: If project is initiated without obtaining RCWD Permit, <br />the project will be stopped by the District Inspectors until the <br />permit is obtained. <br /> <br />At their meeting held on May 23, 2007 the Board of Managers of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District took action on your Permit Application as shown on the attached <br />document. The following definitions may be helpful to acquaint you with our procedure <br />and effect timely permit issuance: <br /> <br />CAPROC (<;;:'onditional Approval Eending Receipt Of Changes) = The District has nearly <br />all exhibits required for adequate review and issuance of a permit; you have 12 months <br />from the meeting date to submit/satisfy the pending items as identified in the attached <br />Engineer's Report. No Extensions will be 2ranted bv RCWD Staff. After this <br />time, the application approval lapses and a new application will need to be submitted and <br />considered by the Board of Managers. <br /> <br />The attached page provides some general permit information that is also available on the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Website (www.ricecreek.org)underPermits.This <br />information is provided to assist you with any remaining items identified in the <br />Engineer's Report for your application. Please contact the District if you need printed <br />copies of any of these forms or guidance documents. If you have any questions, please <br />call Ken Powell at 763-398-3070. <br /> <br />To satisfy pending items, applicants may submit electronic files <br />(.pdf or .jpg format) to permits@ricecreek.org or 2 paper copies <br />of all submittal items to the District with the exception of plan <br />sheets.
