The proposed project will require pennits which may include, but is not limited to, NPDES, Rice <br />Creek Watershed District and City Erosion Control pennits. <br />. The plan sheets must be signed by a registered engineer. <br />. Maintenance of any utility improvements will be the responsibility of the developer, as the proposed <br />improvements are all within private property. <br /> <br />Sheet C3.1 <br />. Please modify General Note 21 to reference the most recent MnlDOT Standard Specifications for <br />Construction. <br />.
