<br />.. <br />.~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE <br />GOVERNOR'S 2008 BONDING BILL TOWARDS THE HIGHWAY 96, <br />HIGHWAY 10 AND COUNTY ROAD H INTERCHANGE PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of the potential redevelopment of the Twin Cities Army <br />Ammunition Plant ("TCAAP") site in the City, the City anticipates the possible need for <br />certain improvements to the interchange of County Highway 96 and U.S. Highway 10 <br />and the interchange of County Road Hand 1-35W (the "Interchange Projects"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Interchange Projects are transportation infrastructure of regional <br />significance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to seek funds from the State of Minnesota through a <br />grant of proceeds from State general obligation bonds in the 2008 legislative session; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills as follows: <br /> <br />1. The hereby declares its intention to proceed with the Interchange Projects <br />and supports State legislation that provides a grant of funds from State general obligation <br />bonds for the Interchange Projects. <br /> <br />2.
