<br />ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - MAY 2, 2007 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Commissioner Larson moved, seconded by Commissioner Modesette to recommend <br />denial of Planning Case 07-012 for a Variance at 1486 Arden Oaks Drive based on the <br />stated failure to meet three ofthe four variance criteria: <br /> <br />I. The property is put to reasonable use at this time. <br />2. The circumstances are not unique. <br />3. The essential character of the neighborhood would be changed by the reduced <br />setback. <br /> <br />The motion carried (5-1 Commissioner Stodola opposed). <br />
