It is partially complete and open <br />to the public in the city of Arden Hills. The trail is proposed to be extended west to Long Lake <br />Regional Park. The trail alignment as shown in Figure 2 should be acknowledged in the city's <br />comprehensive plan. Greg Mack is the contact person for Regional Park System facilities in <br />Arden Hills. He can be reached at 651-748-2500. <br /> <br />Lexington Parkway Regional Trail - The 2030 Regional Parks Policy Plan recognizes three <br />existing local trail as regional trails. This includes the existing county trail along Lexington <br />Avenue. The trail is partially located along the eastern boundary of the city. He can be reached at 651- <br />748-2500. <br /> <br />Tony Schmidt Park - The 2030 Regional Parks Policy Plan recognizes two existing county <br />parks as Regional Park System facilities. This includes Tony Schmidt Park in Ramsey County. <br />In the future Ramsey County Parks will update the park's master plan in cooperation with the <br />city and others. The existing park boundary should be acknowledged in the city's comprehensive <br />plan. Greg Mack is the contact person for Regional Park System facilities in Arden Hills. He <br />can be reached at 651-748-2500. <br /> <br />Rice Creek North Regional Trail- This trail follows Rice Creek in the northwest part ofthe <br />city. The trail corridor includes the property that is proposed to be transferred to Ramsey County <br />Parks from the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP). This includes both the II3-acre <br />area along Rice Creek and the approximately 50-acre wildlife corridor that provides a natural <br />area connection between Rice Creek and the Minnesota National Guard property, The trail <br />alignment and associated TCAAP property being transferred to Ramsey County Parks should be <br /> <br />P-4 <br />
