Attached is the current CIP <br />worksheet. Staff is providing an update to Council prior to bringing the CIP forward for <br />approval, which is scheduled for the January 29, 2007 Council meeting. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The following narrative summarizes the changes made to the CIP since the last discussion with <br />the Council, which include updates to the proposed Pavement Management Program (PMP) <br />projects. For the benefit of the new Council members, the narratives from the CIP discussions <br />that occurred at May, July and August 2006 work sessions have been attached. <br /> <br />2007 Proiects <br /> <br />2007 PMP Mill and Overlay: <br />As discussed at previous Council meetings and in the feasibility report, the 2007 PMP <br />was expanded to include the streets proposed for the 2009 PMP. Some of the streets <br />originally suggested for mill and overlay are now being recommended for seal coats. Spot <br />utility repair has been incorporated into the projects, including items such as gate valve <br />repair, catch basin/manhole improvements, and sanitary sewer pipe repair.
