<br />Ramsey County-Wide Emergency Operations Plan <br /> <br />Revision 5.1, June, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />Director <br />Public Works <br /> <br /> <br />Director <br />Property <br />Management <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL SENIOR OFFICIALS' POLICY GROUPS <br /> <br />Just as there is a need for county government officials to serve in the <br />leadership role for the County EOC and County decision-making, each <br />municipality needs to coordinate their individual operations. The individual <br />municipalities may call their respective groups by various names, but for <br />the purpose of this document they are generically referred to as "Senior <br />Officials' Policy Groups." These groups function in the municipal EOC to <br />provide the command functions necessary to set policy and strategic goals <br />for the municipal response. <br /> <br />In general, these Senior Officials' Policy Groups consist of (see Section IV <br />of this plan for each individual municipalities list): <br /> <br />.
