Brief Mayor, Council, and Staff on conditions of emergency <br /> <br />9. Assemble and brief disaster recovery personnel <br /> <br />10. Dispatch disaster personnel and survey teams <br /> <br />II. Dispatch damage assessment teams to disaster area <br /> <br />12. Review data and reports for declaration of emergency <br /> <br />13. Respond to changing conditions as appropriate <br /> <br />14. Assist elected officials in preparation of press release <br /> <br />7 <br />
