Communications Capability <br />The Emergency Management Director has been given the responsibility of ensuring all <br />communication systems (primary and alternate) are operational and communication links between <br />response personnel and EOC operations are identified. <br /> <br />Communication Jinks are established between the City and the following organizations: <br />.
