Sl. Anthony utilizes the <br />Minnesota approved Incident Command System. <br /> <br />The City Manager is responsible for providing overatt direction and control <br />of City government resources invotved in the response to a disaster. The <br />Emergency Management Director witt serve in a staff capacity to the City <br />Manager and witt coordinate att aspects of this plan in relation to the City <br />of Sl. Anthony. The Emergency Management Director wilt atso serve as a <br />liaison with the Ramsey County Division of Emergency Management and <br />Homeland Security. <br /> <br />City of S1.
