Alert Public Works personnel <br /> <br />2. Obtain briefing on emergency situation <br /> <br />3. Take count of Public Works personnel and set up recovery teams <br /> <br />4. Review emergency equipment requirements <br /> <br />5. Brief crews and dispatch to emergency area <br /> <br />6. Review emergency supply stocks <br /> <br />7. Set up record system on personnel time, equipment time, and supplies <br />consumption <br /> <br />8. Review road clearing and emergency repair requirements <br /> <br />9. Review debris collection and disposal requirements <br /> <br />10. Assign crews to tree removal, boarding-up damaged structures, etc. <br /> <br />II. Review City water system and pump operation <br /> <br />12. Review sanitary sewer and lift station operation <br /> <br />13. Review emergency electrical power requirements <br /> <br />14.
