The revisions incorporate <br />the changes suggested by yourself and Mayor Stan Harpstead. I took the liberty to <br />remove Sections 220.03, Subdivisions 2 through 5 of the existing Planning Commission <br />Regulations because they dealt with matters covered by the general regulations and <br />were repetitive. The remaining PC Regulations were renumbered. I also removed <br />existing Section 220.05 because the City has this authority even if not stated within its <br />City Codes and because this section didn't seem to deal with Boards, Committees, and <br />Commissions.
