<br />2006 saw a number of meetings and mediation sessions in an attempt to resolve the issues with <br />the construction of City Hall. Unfortunately, the arbitration will continue into 2007. <br /> <br />Code Enforcement <br /> <br />There were a total of approximately 325 complaints received during 2006. The majority of <br />which were effectively handled in-person or via the telephone.
