Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial ofPlauning Case 07-006 for a <br />Conditional Use Permit at 3641 North Pascal Avenue based on the following findings: <br />findings to deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons <br />cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 07-006 for a Conditional Use Permit at 3641 North <br />Pascal Avenue: a specific reason and information request should be included with a motion <br />to table. <br /> <br />Deadliue for Al!eucv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 22, 2007. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by May 22, 2007 (60 days), <br />unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for and additional 60 day review <br />period. The applicant was notified that the City was extending the review of the application to <br />July 22,2007. The City may, with the consent ofthe applicant, extend the review period beyond <br />the initial 120 days.
