As a commuuity service to <br />residents of Arden Hills and its surrounding area, it is essential to us that a visible lighted sign be <br />allowed on the 694/10 freeway side of our clinic for patients to recognize the building having <br />urgent care services_ These services will be not only available to HealthPartners patients, but any <br />patient from other insurance payors as well. Besides HealthPartners patients who regularly visit <br />this clinic, other patients may seek urgent care who have never been to this clinic. Hence, there is <br />a need to have the building labeled with an Urgent Care sigIL <br /> <br />Enclosed is our application and the information that you requested: <br /> <br />. 2007 Land Use Application <br />. The reasons for the request addressing the sign standard adjustment evaluation criteria <br />. Drawing of the proposed sign and its dimensions and area <br />. A picture of where the sign will be on the clinic <br />. Two pictures and dimensions of existing signs - on the clinic and a monument sign <br />. The check for the $250 application fee <br /> <br />Diane Theodorski, Site Supervisor of the Arden Hills clinic, Richard Flatz, Manager of Urgent <br />Care, and I plan to be at the Planning Commission meeting on July 11 th and the City Council <br />meeting on July 30th.
