In addition, we have developed professional relationships <br />with key permitting agency staff, which helps streamline and focus the environmental review process. <br /> <br />KEY PERSONNEL OUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECT MANAGER <br />Jon Huseby, P.E. is the Transportation Department Manager at Bolton & Menk, Inc. He brings over <br />twenty-four years of experience in the transportation engineering field. Mr. Huseby is responsible for <br />managing the highway design, traffic and transportation planning projects for the Transportation <br />Department of Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />Prior to joining the fum in February 2003, he was the District Engineer for the Mankato District of the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation. As District Engineer, he worked with all levels of government, <br />corridor advocate groups, elected officials, businesses and the general public. Mr. Huseby frequently <br />represented Mn/DOT at public speaking engagements, and was also involved in public participation <br />processes and consensus building efforts. He was directly responsible for managing the broad range of <br />activities associated with a large public works organization. During his twenty-year tenure with Mn/DOT, <br />Mr. Huseby worked in a variety of transportation engineering positions. <br /> <br />SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECT MANAGER <br />Chris Chromy, P.E., P.T.O.E. is a Transportation Project Manager in the Burnsville office of Bolton & <br />Menk, Inc. He has over twelve years of transportation engineering experience, including transportation <br />system planning, corridor planning, traffic engineering, and highway design and construction. <br /> <br />Mr. Chromy is experienced in surface transportation engineering including preliminary and final roadway <br />design, traffic signal design, intersection control studies, and traffic flow modeling.
