Staff <br />was also requested to research the possibility of rezoning the property for a <br />commercial/industrial use that is compatible with the applicant's proposal and retaining the <br />property in Arden Hills. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted preliminary drawings of the proposed building (Attachment 7D-2). <br />The outside of the building will be an EFrS finish that is manufactured by Butler Manufacturing <br />(htto:/lbutlermfg.comlbuilding svstems/texturewall.aso and Attachment 7D-2). <br /> <br />Staff spoke with the City of New Brighton plarming staff and confirmed that Mr. Canniff has not <br />yet submitted an official application or received any approvals from New Brighton in regards to <br />the proposed development or the property transfer. The proposed building would be required to <br />go through the New Brighton site plan review process whether the subject property is transferred <br />to New Brighton or not. The New Brighton site plan review process requires review from their <br />Plarming Commission and City Council, which is similar to the Arden Hills process.
