The City, RRLD, GSA and Army had a conference call on August 14, 2007 and discussed the <br />water treatment plant and piping and whether this would be a credit or not (not resolved and is an <br />on-going discussion). The City and RRLD is still waiting on interpretation from the Army <br />whether vapor intrusion is considered a remediation cost. The group will have a conference <br />another call on September 11, 2007 to discuss building remediation and credits. <br /> <br />. The deadline to reach agreement on the amount of credits for environmental clean up, etc. is <br />August 31, 2007 and the parties agreed to extend the deadline to February I, 2008. This will <br />require the 6th amendment to the Offer to Purchase (OTP) which will be brought back to the City <br />Council at their August 27, 2007 meeting for consideration and approval. <br /> <br />. City and GSA Attorney will be meeting September 26-27 in Washington to discuss FaST, <br />FOSET, MOA and insurance. <br /> <br />Master Piau <br /> <br />. At their August meeting, the Task Force agreed to continue to meet through the end of the year to <br />finalize the remaining aspects of the process. Following is the anticipated schedule: <br /> <br />o September 13 - discuss park costs & concepts <br />o October 4 - discuss design guidelines for residential components <br />o November 6 -discuss design guidelines for streets and discuss Task Force <br />recommendation to City Council <br />o December 6 - discuss design guidelines for commercial/retail/office, master plan update <br />and Task Force recommendation <br /> <br />AUAR <br /> <br />. The original deadline to compete the AUAR was November 2007. Since the deadline for <br />the credit negotiations has been pushed out to February 1, 2008, the AUAR schedule will <br />be revised to allow for a more accurate and thorough review. SRF will be providing the <br />City an updated timeline, with completion by June 30, 2008. <br /> <br />County Road H <br /> <br />. At the August 20, 2007 Council work session, the Council reviewed three new versions/options <br />for County Road H to address design and environmental concerns raised by various govemmental <br />agencies.
