Wilson, PhD <br />(22 year residents at 1276 Nursery Hill Lane, Arden Hills, MN 55112) <br /> <br />Dear members: <br /> <br />Pleasc reconsidcr and then rejcct the proposal to add an Aldi's and a Walgreen's to the ever expanding footprints <br />of "big box" retail locations in Arden Hills. We already have many options for chain grocery stores and chain <br />pharmacies. We also have plenty of options for chain fast food and chain. . . fill in other retail sectors. <br /> <br />In fact, the two latest proposed additions may further compromise some of the independent retail locations that <br />we thankfully do have, such as the excellent Arden Phatmacy in Arden Plaza_ <br /> <br />Please consider the more attractive (literally) option of fostering non-chain, specialty stores.
